"We enjpyed our stay very much even though we had 40 steep steps to negotiate every time we entered or left the property. Marco our host was extremely helpful and he even met us at the tram stop and took our bags up the stairs for us and then did the same when we left which we were very grateful for. He gave us heaps of useful information on Nice and surrounds and was quick to help us with any queries we had. Location is great and close to transport. The apartment has a very well appointed modern kitchen with everything you need if you wanted to cook. We had breakfast daily and it even had egg cups!!! The crockery was very nice also. The bathroom is also modern and very comfortable with a washing machine which we used. I would recommend this charming old place with beautiful views over the old town. Our only small complaint was that the mattresses on beds are very soft and not the most comfortable."
